Established in 1915, Woodville High School has provided education for over 109 years. The school is guided by its vision: A human-centred learning community that nurtures belonging, transformative growth and success for every learner. Following the motto “Ad Astra Per Aspera” (to Reach for the Stars), the school strives for excellence and aspires for all students to embrace their innate gifts and thrive as global citizens. Located in the western suburbs, Woodville High School is an active member of the City of Charles Sturt with a vibrant Old Scholar community. The school’s multicultural environment, with students from over 80 different cultures, is one of its greatest strengths. Through the curriculum, students learn to appreciate different perspectives, interact respectfully with others, and take responsible action.
