Adelaide Secondary School of English (ASSoE) is located just 8km west of the city of Adelaide and is accessed by dedicated school buses from the city. It offers specialist intensive English language programs to prepare newly arrived secondary aged students, from diverse cultural and language backgrounds, for entry into mainstream high schools across the metropolitan area.

The school is internationally accredited by the Council of International Schools (CIS) demonstrating a commitment to international education and continual improvement. A strong emphasis on intercultural perspectives and student wellbeing support students to study and settle into South Australia.

While at ASSoE, international students have the opportunity to complete a compulsory South Australian Certificate of Education (SACE) subject, Exploring Identities and Futures (EIF). Students are also able to gain additional SACE accreditation for their Intensive Secondary English Course (ISEC).
