Did you know Haigh’s Chocolates has free guided viewing tours of their factory?
Take one of their daily tours and watch how their chocolates are made (and what they taste like!)
You cannot escape the delicious aromas at Melba’s – a chocolate and confection factory.
You will not be able to leave without a bag or two of choclate or sweets in your pocket!
Enjoy a sunset
Have you ever watched the sunset from Mount Lofty? Arrive a few hours earlier and follow the many small trails to other locations close to the summit…but don’t get lost!
Fish and chips or a picnic on a beach is also a nice way to watch the sun go down when the weather is warm.
Adelaide Zoo is home to over 1800 animals and with guided tours, animal feeds and keeper talks there are plenty of free activities to keep you engaged for the whole day.
Make the trip to Monarto Zoo! Whether you walk, take the Zu-Loop or do a mix of both, you’ll spend the whole day exploring five major habitat exhibits home to animals from Africa, the Americas and Australasia.
