Roma Mitchell Secondary College is one of the newer schools in South Australia accredited to deliver the International Student Program.
Opened as a new multi-campus school in 2011, Roma Mitchell Secondary College offers a co-educational campus, a girls’ education campus and a special education campus all on one site.
The school has a focus on improving student’s literacy and is designed to support students aspiring to university, TAFE and other community pathways.
As an approved Candidate School by the International Baccalaureate Organisation, the school currently delivers the International Baccalaureate Middle Years Program (IBMYP) to Year 8 students, with a view to all students in Years 8-10 studying the IBMYP curriculum within the next two years, and eventually the International Baccalaureate Diploma Program for high achieving Year 11 and 12 students.
Roma Mitchell Secondary College also delivers a number of specialist programs including
- Specialist Sport Programs in cycling, hockey and soccer

- vocational education and training programs.
