Become an Education Agent

As an agent for South Australian Government Schools, you are expected to:

Education Agent Training

Free online training such as Education Agent Training Course (EATC) is available for new education agents. The EATC is offered by Professional International Education Resources (PIER) - International Education Services Ltd in partnership with Australian Education International (AEI) and the Department of Immigration and Citizenship (DIAC).

The EATC will provide you with important information about the Australian education system and Australia as a study destination; the Australian visa regulation system and education quality assurance issues.

The EATC training material can be accessed online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The course should take approximately 50 hours to complete. If you wish to become a Qualified Education Agent Counsellor, you will need to undertake the Formal Assessment of the EATC.
